(Civil Partnership)

Description

This is a process by which a Non EU citizen can attain long-term residency in Spain, if they have a partner with an EU citizenship. This grants the applicant a 5-year residency permit, with the permission to work as well. This process is ideal for couples that are willing to enter into a civil partnership

Documents Required

  • Passports of both the parties
  • An affidavit to be signed in front of the notary stating that you have been living together for one year
  • NIE of the two parties involved

Description

This is an agreement that in put in place by a couple before they are getting married. This agreement seeks to implement some additional conditions, as requested by the two parties, in addition to the ones already provided by the Spanish Law. We can draft this agreement for you, and the two parties can sign in front of a notary

Description

A will or testament is a legal document by which a person, the testator, expresses their wishes as to how their property is to be distributed at death, and names one or more persons, the executor, to manage the estate until its final distribution

Description

Divorce, also known as dissolution of marriage, is the termination of a marriage or marital union, the canceling or reorganizing of the legal duties and responsibilities of marriage, thus dissolving the bonds of matrimony between a married couple under the rule of law of Spain. If there are no children involved, and both parties agree, the divorce can be finalized at the Notary, instead of at the court

Rental Contract

Description

A rental agreement is a contract, usually written, between the owner of a property and a renter who desires to have temporary possession of a pre defined property. As a minimum, the agreement identifies the parties, the property, the term of the rental, and the amount of rent for the term

Documents Required

  • The ID of the owner
  • The ID of the person renting
  • Nota simple
  • All the details of the flat
  • Details on the method of payment
  • Any additional documents that maybe required for the specific case

Description

An administrative appeal refers to an appeal filed in lieu of a negative decision received with respect to a request filed with the government, for example, a negative decision received for a resident permit. You have one month to appeal after receiving the decision.
A court appeal is filed in cases when the above-mentioned period of one month has passed, or the administrative appeal has been denied as well.

  • Copy of the decision received
  • All the papers that were presented initially
  • Any additional documents requested by the government
  • Appeal (to be drafted by us)
  • Any additional documents that may be applicable to a specific case
