All the legal information you need to keep up to date

Our mission is to make your doubts evaporate. That is why we periodically publish legal articles in this news section. We deal with the different legal issues that will regulate your life as a foreigner in Spain or that will affect your daily life as a national in the country.

Thus, in this section of legal news we will talk especially about:

Civil law

As its name suggests, civil law is that legal area that regulates the civil relations among people living in society. The Spanish Civil Code, the main document in this sense, regulates everything that has to do with contractual relations between people (contracts), family relations, inheritance and other obligations. In other words, it regulates any type of relationship between two people, whether at the sentimental or contractual level.

Family Law

More specifically, family law regulates relationships within a family. And it does so at all levels: at the level of rights as well as at the level of properties and inheritance. Marriage or civil partnerships, filiation or relationship with children, and guardianship of minors would be the main relationships regulated by this branch.

Labour Law

Finally, we will also study the latest announcements in labour law. We will analyze any type of rule or regulation that affects human activities carried out both by employees and self-employed individuals that generates the payment of a salary.
