Rental Contract
Description
A rental agreement is a contract, usually written between the owner of a property and a renter who desires to have temporary possession of a predefined property. As a minimum, the agreement identifies the parties, the property, the term of the rental, and the amount of rent for the term. If you are willing to buy or rent properties in Spain, taking a careful look at the rental contract will be really important in order not to miss any clause.

An administrative appeal refers to an appeal filed in lieu of a negative decision received with respect to a request filed with the government, for example, a negative decision received for a resident permit. You have one month to appeal after receiving the decision.
A court appeal is filed in cases when the above-mentioned period of one month has passed, or the administrative appeal has been denied as well.
